AUDI RS3 8Y TUNING PACKAGES (DNWC)

Tuning is now available for the 8Y RS3. The gearbox cannot be tuned at this time, however we apply a gearbox cheat patch via the ECU to manipulate the torque figures being reported to the gearbox so it does not cut power.

STAGE 0 - $3500

  • ECU Software only
  • Stock power
  • Cold Start can be disabled 
  • Start Stop function can be inverted
  • Exhaust flaps always open in dynamic / RS mode
  • Pops / Crackles can be enabled but will be light
  • $2200 deposit required to secure booking.

STAGE 1 - $4300

  • Exhaust flaps always open in dynamic / RS mode
  • Expect to make around 475hp/610nm
  • Pops / Crackles can be enabled but will be light 
  • $2200 deposit required to secure booking.

Notes: Can add on a decat downpipe which gives louder pops / more sound. Catted downpipe options are available.

  • Expect to make 480hp/620nm
  • Supply and fit of our catless downpipe 
  • Pops / Crackles can be enabled
  • Cold Start can be disabled 
  • Start Stop function can be inverted
  • Exhaust flaps always open in dynamic / RS mode
  • Wastegate patch will be applied 
  • $2000 deposit required to secure booking.

Notes: Can add on turbo inlets ( Eventuri or forge). Can add on Powerflex lower engine mount.

STAGE 2 - Starting from $11,650

  • ECU Software only. Gearbox will be patched via ECU.
  • Expect to make 535hp/650nm
  • Supply and fit of our decat downpipe, APR Intake, Forge Turbo Elbow, powerflex lower engine mount, To PWR stock crash bar intercooler
  • Pops / Crackles can be enabled
  • Cold Start can be disabled 
  • Start Stop function can be inverted
  • Exhaust flaps always open in dynamic / RS mode
  • Wastegate patch will be applied 
  • $5500 deposit required to secure booking.

Notes: Can upgrade to Eventuri Turbo Elbow and intake system. The Eventuri elbow is higher flowing and produces better results. Advised if you have Stage 3 plans.

Hardware advice: 

 

We advise stock Audi spark plugs for all stages. The part number for these spark plugs is 06K 905 601 M, you can buy them from Audi/VW or TPS.

We advise OEM coil packs which are on the latest revision, the part number for these coil packs is 06H 905 110 P, you can buy them from Audi/VW or TPS. 

Please ensure your car is on the latest coil pack revision for best results. If they are over 3 years old or 80,000kms, replace them.

If you use launch control a lot, we recommend fitting a DSG breather to the car or the gearbox can leak fluid out from its breather.
